Springfield Minor Baseball Day: A Grand Slam Success!

This past Sunday marked our second annual “Springfield Minor Baseball Day,” and what an incredible day it was! We are thrilled to report that the event was a resounding success, showcasing the vibrant spirit of our community and our shared love for baseball. A heartfelt thank you goes out to everyone who contributed and participated—your enthusiasm made this day unforgettable!

The day was filled with excitement as players took part in various skills competitions, demonstrating their talent and passion for the game. We are proud to recognize the winners of each event:

In the Fastest Base Throwing competition, our U11 and U13 teams showcased their skills with impressive times.

2nd Place @ 17.37 seconds  U11 Team Tervoort (Luke J, Levi P, Matt T, Dean Z, Jack H)

The Furthest Hit Ball competition was another highlight, with players demonstrating incredible power at the plate.
